Rancher Energy Corp., Denver, (OTCBB: RNCH) has acquired working interests in the South Glenrock B and Cole Creek South oil fields in Wyoming's Powder River Basin for approximately $46 million. Rancher acquired a 93.73% working interest in the South Glenrock B Field consisting of approximately 7,070 acres for a purchase price of $36.7 million. Gross production is about 210 barrels of oil per day. Rancher also acquired a 100% working interest in the Cole Creek South Field consisting of approximately 2,080 acres for $10 million. The field is currently producing about 80 gross barrels of oil per day.
