Riley Exploration Permian Inc. approved a cash dividend of $0.36 per share of the company's common stock.
The dividend is payable on Nov. 9 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 26.
Riley Permian is an independent oil and natural gas company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas and NGLs.
