Josh Sutton, who served as senior legal counsel at Saudi Aramco, has rejoined Sidley Austin LLP in its Houston office as a counsel, the global law firm said Dec. 15.
Before returning, Sutton, a Texan who previously practiced law at Sidley as an associate, worked at Aramco for six years.
In his new role, Sutton focuses on a broad range of international and domestic business transactions, including joint ventures, private equity investments and other commercial transactions.
Sutton has experience handling transactions involving five continents and 29 countries. He is also fluent in Spanish and maintains a conversational ability in Guarani.
