Canadian E&P Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd.’s board of directors has declared a monthly cash dividend on the company’s common shares amounting to CA$0.0125 per share, according to an Aug. 15 press release.
The dividend will be made payable on Sept. 15 to all Tamarack Valley Energy shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 31. The dividend is considered an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
