Luxembourg industrial supplier Tenaris completed a $182.6 million acquisition of Canadian technology company Mattr’s pipe coating business unit, according to a Nov. 30 press release.
The acquisition includes nine plants in Canada, Mexico, Norway, Indonesia, the UAE and the U.S., the release stated. Also included in the deal are several mobile concrete plants, Canadian and Norwegian R&D facilities and an IP/product portfolio.
According to the release, the deal includes an estimated working capital and $16.9 million in cash.
