Houston-based privately held investment firms Tudor Capital Partners LLC and Pickering Energy Partners Inc. plan to merge into an integrated energy investment and merchant banking boutique for an undisclosed price. The new firm will be named Tudor, Pickering & Co. LLC. and headquartered in Houston. Tudor Pickering will provide advice and services to institutional and corporate clients including research, sales, trading, underwriting, and private placement capabilities along with traditional investment banking services.
