Tulsa-based energy company Unit Corp. declared the following quarterly and special cash dividends on its common stock, according to a Dec. 8 press release:
- A quarterly cash dividend of $2.50 per share of common stock for fourth quarter 2023, payable on Dec. 27 to shareholders on record by Dec. 18;
- A special cash dividend of $15 per share of common stock payable on Dec. 27 to shareholders on record by Dec. 18; and
- A conditional special cash dividend of $5 per share of common stock payable on Dec. 27 to shareholders on record by Dec. 18.
According to Unit, the conditional dividend be payable only if the company closes its previously disclosed sale of certain oil and gas properties in the Texas Panhandle by the record date.
