11. NEW-Crutcher-Tufts Resources LP has retained Petroleum Place Energy Advisors to divest its operated and nonoperated interests in two separate asset packages within the Belridge Field, Kern County, California: the Dow-Chanslor lease and the King/Ellis and Colm leases.
Dow-Chanslor has production of 650 barrels of oil equivalent; King/Ellis and Colm, 94 barrels equivalent per day.

12. Dale Operating Co. has retained Albrecht & Associates to sell its interests in 16 producing wells, among which one is being completed, and 130 proved undeveloped locations.
Included in the sale are 4,300 gross acres (3,700 net acres) in Overton Field, Smith County, Texas.
The properties include 130.2 billion cubic feet equivalent of proved net reserves. Of the 134 proved undeveloped objectives, 95 are Cotton Valley Taylor zones, 28 are Travis Peak and 11 are Pettit.
The properties are 100% operated. Operations would be transferred to the buyer.
Since September 2002, Dale has drilled and completed 16 wells in the field with 100% success. Thirteen are Cotton Valley wells and three are Travis Peak, and make a combined 10 million equivalent per day.

13. Denbury Resources Inc. has hired Credit Suisse First Boston to assist with the sale of its offshore operations. Dallas-based Denbury owns interests in 81 offshore wells, which had average daily production during 2003 of 47.7 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day, although with its recent well completions offshore, production for January and February averaged just over 50 million equivalent per day.
If the best bid price is less than anticipated, Denbury may withdraw the package.
It has targeted the end of June for completing the sale.
14. Discovery Operating Inc. has retained Riviera Energy Corp. to sell its operated interest in the Witharral Field, Hockley County, Texas, northeast of Levelland.
The working interest is 100% (net revenue, 79%). Current production is 35 barrels of oil per day from Lower Clearfork. Net cash flow averaged $13,000 per month from March 2003 through February 2004.
Proved undeveloped reserves in February 2003 totaled 525,000 barrels of oil.

19. GeoMet has retained Albrecht & Associates to sell its 10% nonoperated working interest and associated overriding royalty interests in 403 active coalbed-methane wells and 56 proved undeveloped locations in White Oak Creek Field, Black Warrior Basin, Alabama.
Sales from the properties are currently 4.9 million cubic feet of gas per day. Net proved reserves are 17.7 billion cubic feet.
Included in the sale are coalbed-methane rights on approximately 51,000 gross acres. About 49% is developed and 51%, undeveloped. GeoMet is selling both working and overriding royalty interests in all the acreage. The overriding royalty interests may be sold separate from the working interests.
20. NEW-Greystone Petroleum LLC shareholders have retained Griffis & Associates to sell the company. Greystone's assets are primarily gas-producing in North Louisiana in Sligo Field, Bossier Parish.
Current production is 35 million cubic feet a day from 70 wells. Targets are primarily Hosston and Cotton Valley. Investors in Greystone include First Reserve Corp.

The Merit-operated "Mountain" package includes the Luckey Ditch Unit, Whiskey Springs and Bridger Lake Unit, with an associated gas plant at Bridger Lake. Production is 56% oil.
Two other packages are the Merit-operated Maudlin Gulch property (93% oil) and the Sun Ranch, Saddle Rock and North Grieve Unit (3% oil). Merit operates Sun Ranch and Saddle Rock.
Total net sales from the three asset packages are 1,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day, 53% oil, and net cash flow averaged $783,000 per month during second-half 2003.

These properties lie within the down-dip Yegua trend, southeast Texas, and include Moran's interests in the South Felicia and Willis Marsh fields operated by Westport Oil & Gas.
Current net production is 5 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day (75% gas). Net operating income was $870,000 in January 2004.
Moran owns between a 10% and 12% working interest in the properties. The buyer may purchase an additional two to three prospects in the immediate area.

31. NEW-NorthStar Operating Co., Discovery Exploration, et al. have retained Riviera Energy Corp. to divest their interest in Trinity Field, Lea County, New Mexico, approximately 14 miles west of Tatum.
The sale consists of operated and nonoperated interests in various properties. Net production totals 1,060 barrels of oil and 2.2 million cubic feet of gas per day. Net monthly operating income is $465,000.
Production from two operated wells in Wolfcamp is 334 barrels of oil and 827,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Working interest is 100% and net revenue interest is 82.5%. Net operating income from the wells averaged $389,000 per month from November 2003 through January 2004.
The sellers are also offering 10% to 19% nonoperated working interest in nine producing wells operated by Chesapeake Operating Co. Production is 723 barrels of oil and 1.4 million cubic feet of gas per day from Wolfcamp. Net income is $76,000 per month.

The Permian Basin package is mostly 100% operated working interest in Andrews, Martin and Reagan counties, Texas, involving 14 wells producing 45 barrels of oil and 10,000 cubic feet of gas per day, and in Eddy County, New Mexico, involving seven wells producing 40 barrels of oil and 50,000 cubic feet of gas per day.
