Vision RNG is expanding its leadership team as the company continues to develop renewable natural gas projects, the company said on April 30.
Most recently, in April the landfill gas developer and engineering service company BCCK entered into a partnership.
The company has added Adam Beck to its leadership team as vice president of project execution, Doug Prechter as vice president of finance and Beckie Dille as human resources manager.
Beck brings 15 years of experience in project management, engineering and construction of RNG and midstream infrastructure projects. He most recently led the project execution effort for one of the nation’s largest RNG developers and previously lead development of midstream facility and pipeline projects in multiple natural gas basins. Before his 15 years leading project development teams, Beck served for five years as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army. Beck is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a degree in civil engineering, and he earned his MBA at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Prechter has more than 10 years of corporate finance and operations experience in the energy sector, including RNG, oilfield services and investment banking. Prior to joining Vision RNG, he served as vice president of finance and strategy at Monarch Bioenergy and was also a member of Evercore’s energy investment banking team, where he executed more than $9 billion in M&A, private capital and restructuring transactions.
Dille comes to Vision RNG with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management, and is a seasoned professional adept at navigating the intricacies of HR operations. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of industries including healthcare, energy and oil and gas, and encompasses talent acquisition, payroll management, benefits administration, employee relations and legal compliance.
“Adam’s vast experience in RNG and pipeline projects is a perfect fit for our growing portfolio. His experience in the military is also an asset,” said Bill Johnson, CEO of Vision RNG. “He brings leadership skills, recognizes the value of strategic planning and the importance of execution. Doug’s tenure in both corporate finance and the energy sector will be a tremendous benefit to our fiscal planning. Beckie brings her valuable HR skills to the table as we continue to explore new projects and build our in-house team.”
