White River Private Capital Management, a subsidiary of oil and gas E&P White River Energy Corp., appointed Colin Cosgrove as president and CEO and Zack Holley as executive vice president and chief distribution officer, the company announced in an Oct. 9 press release.
“Zack and I have a proven track record of building out sales and distribution teams focused on private products for broker-dealers and registered investment advisors,” Cosgrove said in a press release. “Our focus is on creating unparalleled investment opportunities while maintaining a commitment to risk management and sustainable growth.”
Holley added, “the traditional oil and gas investment sector has seen little innovation for decades. Through our unique features and tax-focused investment structure, WRPCM products seek to modernize the investment experience to meet the demands of today’s investor.”
