Enable Midstream Partners LP is holding a non-binding open season to obtain new firm interstate natural gas transportation capacity resulting from an expansion of the company’s Line AD in Oklahoma.
Additional pipeline service is needed because of increased production from the Woodford Shale as well as new capacity required from the emerging Springer Shale.
The Oklahoma Expansion Capacity will provide enhanced transportation options from points in the Scoop region, as well as the Woodford, Cana-Woodford, Granite Wash and the Colony Wash plays. Together with existing system capacity and the capacity on third party pipelines, the Oklahoma Expansion Capacity will fill a transportation need for natural gas delivery to pipeline interconnections in the Bennington area of southeastern Oklahoma and either at—or upstream from—the Perryville Hub in northeastern Louisiana.
Enable Midstream Partners currently anticipates that the Oklahoma Expansion Capacity will consist of a total of up to 125,000 dekatherms per day of firm capacity to Bennington and to Perryville. The company currently expects that the Oklahoma Expansion Capacity will be available in the beginning of April 2017.
