Headquartered in Houston, Flowco has approximately 1,300 employees located in every major production region of the domestic oil and gas industry, and a growing international presence. Flowco provides innovative products and services that are vital throughout the 30-year lifespan of producing wells, including high pressure lift, conventional gas lift, plunger lift, vapor recovery, and a suite of digital technologies.

The new company is led by CEO Joe Bob Edwards, formerly of White Deer and COO John Gatlin of Estis Compression. The structure of Flowco will include two operating divisions:  Production Solutions led by Chad Roberts of Estis Compression and Natural Gas Technologies headed by Mims Talton of Flogistix.

As the energy transition continues to push producers to reduce the environmental impact of their operations, increasing global demand for energy necessitates innovative and green options to ensure production is conducted in a safe and clean manner. Maximizing the lifespan and efficiency of a well is paramount, and Flowco’s artificial lift solutions provide high-performance parts and components in all our lift systems.

Increasing revenue is also top of mind for operators in today’s competitive market. The artificial lift solutions provided by Flowco will help producers maximize uptime, production, and profits by providing application design expertise, installation, service, maintenance, and consultation services. With our focus on well-pad compression and end-to-end capabilities, we can deliver the perfect configuration for any operating condition.

With the ever-changing regulatory climate not only at the federal level, but also at the state and local levels, producers are under increasing pressure to identify solutions that meet regulatory requirements while offering options to help offset the cost of compliance. As pressure mounts for methane and other VOCs to be captured in all production and transportation sectors, Flowco utilizes data-driven technology to help oil and gas producers capture emissions to reduce environmental impact while increasing revenues.

Because we both build and maintain our systems, we can use our extensive field experience to continually make high-impact design refinements and our OEM-level understanding of the equipment to keep systems running at peak performance in the field.

Data is also key to providing the most innovative services in today’s oil and gas market. Flowco equipment can provide vital statistics to customers that not only fulfill regulatory requirements, but also address sustainability concerns.

With more than 40 years of experience in the artificial lift, compression, and vapor recovery markets, Flowco can provide customers with the best-in-class production optimization services. All three brands will remain in place, allowing customers to utilize the industry-tested brands they have come to rely on. As Flowco harnesses cutting-edge technology to enhance operations, we will continue our pursuit of innovative customer solutions across the energy industry.
