Black Bay Energy Capital completed recapitalization and equity investment growth in the pressure control equipment provider for Permian Basin alongside Black Bay strategic advisory board member Charlie Orbell, who is president of ADS. This is the second partnership between Orbell and the Black Bay principals. Investment supports ADS’ Delaware Basin growth and acquisition opportunities. Fishman Haygood was Black Bay’s counsel.
