It has signed a Term Sheet with a privateinvestment group for a financing consisting of a series of US$1 million Unsecured Convertible Debentures, up to a total of US$3 million. The financing is to be used for the drilling and completion of wells included in ANEC's inventory of Proved Undeveloped reserves.
