Andeavor Logistics LP completed a public offering of $500 million 3.5% senior notes due 2022, $750 million 4.25% senior notes due 2027, and $500 million 5.2% senior notes due 2047. The 2022 notes were issued at a price of 99.69%, the 2027 notes were issued at a price of 99.822% and the 2047 notes were issued at a price of 99.668%.
