Completed its initial public offering of some 41.1 million shares of its common stock at $44 per share with exercised over-allotment options. Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding borrowings and fund its drilling and development program. Barclays, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, and Wells Fargo Securities were book-running managers.
