Archaea Energy Inc.

Announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten public offering of about 13 million shares of the company’s Class A common stock by an existing stockholder of the company, Aria Renewable Energy Systems LLC, at a price to the public of $17.75 per share. Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to roughly an additional 1.9 million shares of the company’s Class A common stock. Archaea will not receive any proceeds from the offering. Barclays and Jefferies are joint book-running managers.
