Closed a partnership, Aztec XI-A Oil & Gas LP, through its Aztec XI Oil & Gas Drilling Program, with approximately $5 million in funding. The partnership was opened on Sept. 1 and is focused on drilling shallow wells for oil in Texas. Aztec's subsidiary, Aztec Energy LLC, will gain a 30% ownership interest in the partnership by contribution, and will act as the managing general partner.
