Entered two six-year revolving facilities valued at US$50 million each to be used for the development of the Patos Marinza oil field in Albania, and two eight-year term loans valued at US$10 million to fund environmental remediation of the oil field. International Finance Corp. and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development provided funds.
