Blue Racer Midstream LLC - 2015-07-15

With wholly owned subsidiary Blue Racer Finance Corp., will issue 6.125% senior notes due 2022 in a private placement. These notes and $550 million of identical notes issued on Nov. 13, 2014 will be a single class of debt securities under the indenture. Net proceeds will repay revolving credit facility borrowings and support expansion projects and general corporate purposes.
