The company is offering 6 million shares of its common stock, and the selling stockholders named in the registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which are affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC, Yorktown Partners LLC and Pine Brook Road Advisors, LP, are offering 5 million shares of Brigham Minerals’ common stock. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.65 million shares of Brigham Minerals’ common stock.
