Cactus Inc. commenced of an underwritten secondary offering of 8.5 million shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders. Cactus will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of common stock in the offering.

Citigroup and Credit Suisse are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
