Converted a previously convertible debenture, issued to Elmag Investments Inc., into 10 million units of the corporation. Each unit comprised 10 million shares and one share purchase warrant for 5 million shares, exercisable at 30 cents each. Elmag owns more than 28 million of the some 110 million shares (about 26%).
