Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. has delivered a notice of redemption for its 7.50% senior notes due 2020 for $150 million aggregate principal amount of the outstanding notes, representing 25% of the aggregate principal amount of this series of outstanding notes. The notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of 101.875% of the principal amount.
