Informed Wells Fargo, National Association, the trustee of the company’s 6.375% senior notes due 2026, of its intent to redeem the notes. The notes will be redeemed at 104.781% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any. Proceeds from the sale of its Corsicana, Texas, chemical manufacturing plant, and cash on hand will be used to fund the redemption of the notes.
