Comstock Resources Inc. announced that the registration statement for its 9.75% senior notes due 2026 has been declared effective. Accordingly, Comstock has commenced an offer to exchange all of its outstanding 9.75% senior notes due 2026, which are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of newly issued 9.75% senior notes due 2026 that have been registered under the Securities Act.
