Closed its brokered private placement of some 14 million common shares sold at $0.26 per share and some 9.5 million “flow-through” at $0.30 per share. Proceeds will be used to fund drilling and operational activity in the East Kakwa Montney Project area in the Deep Basin in Alberta and for general corporate purposes.
