Closed its non-brokered private placement of some 6 million common shares issued on a “flow-through” basis. Some 4.2 million shares were issued at $3.70 per share and some 1.9 million shares were issued at $3.50 per share. Net proceeds will be used to incur eligible Canadian exploration and development expenses.
