Has arranged a line of credit from Pelicourt Ltd. The LOC is to be applied to the funding of ongoing development of Cub's Uzhgorod, Rusko-Komarovske, Stanovo and Korolevskoye licenses in the Transcarpathian Basin region of Western Ukraine.
