Entered into a new credit facility arrangement with Wells Fargo Energy Capital Inc. and Cubic Louisiana LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary, in which the balance under the pre-existing revolving note is being transformed into a term note for the development of Cubic Louisiana assets.
