Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP - 2012-07-10

Eagle Rock announced plans to commence a private offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2020. Eagle Rock intends to use the proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its credit facility.
