Closed its second private-equity fund, ENR Partners II LP, which will support experienced operators in upstream and oilfield service transactions in an equity range of $25 million to $75 million, just like inaugural fund ENR Partners LP, which had final close in August 2015. Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP was fund formation counsel. Edge did not engage a placement agent in connection with the formation of the fund.
