Closed the underwritten public offering of 12 million shares of common stock at $6.10 per share with the option to purchase up to 1.8 million additional shares exercised in full. Net proceeds will be used to fund its capital budget in 2013 and for general corporate purposes including working capital. Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Johnson Rice & Co. LLC were joint book-running managers. Global Hunter Securities LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. were co-managers.
