Agreed to sell shares of common stock that equals 19.9% of stock outstanding immediately after the closing of the proposed public offering at an equal price to White Deer Energy in a private placement. Net proceeds will be used to accelerate development and growth plans, finance leasing, acquisitions and capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes.
