Closed the underwritten public offering of 15 million shares of common stock with an over-allotment option sold at $6.70 per share. Net proceeds will be used to accelerate development and growth plans, finance leasing, acquisitions and capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes. Credit Suisse was sole book-runner. Canaccord Genuity and Johnson Rice & Co. were co-lead managers.
