Announced debt retirement with the conversion by Energy Evolution Master Fund Ltd. of 100% of their remaining $5.77 million of senior secured convertible notes, issued as part of the purchase of XTO Energy’s Eunice-Monument and Arrowhead Grayburg Fields made on May 14, 2021, along with accrued interest into roughly 4.6 million Empire common shares.
