Encore Energy Partners LP - 2009-07-14

Plans to publicly offer 8.2 million units to fund a portion of the acquisition of producing properties in the Rockies and Permian Basin from Encore Acquisition Co. The shares are currently trading at US$14.46 each. The joint book-running managers are Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch & Co., UBS Investment Bank and Wachovia Securities.
