Closed a non-brokered private placement of some 11.7 million units sold at $0.20 per unit representing a 17% increase over the maximum amount due to market demand. Net proceeds will be used for the Lotshi Block in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Block 1711 offshore Namibia projects and for general working capital.
