Energy Transfer Operating LP announced the pricing of its $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.5% senior notes due 2024, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.25% senior notes due 2029 and $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.25% senior notes due 2049 at a price to the public of 99.646%, 99.789% and 99.850%, respectively, of their face value.
