Enterprise Products Partners LP - 2016-01-04

Affiliates of Enterprise Products Co. and its general partner (collectively, EPCO) will purchase $200 million Enterprise common units during first-quarter 2016 through the distribution reinvestment plan and/or the partnership’s at-the-market equity issuance program. Proceeds will fund part of the growth capital investments and general company purposes at Enterprise. EPCO owns about 34% of Enterprise’s common units.
