Priced a public offering of 10.5 million common shares at $67 each, upsized from original 9.5 million share offering. Underwriters received option to purchase up to about 1.6 additional shares. Net proceeds will fund acquisition of certain properties from Statoil USA Onshore Properties Inc., a subsidiary of Statoil ASA, other potential acquisitions will also support general corporate purposes. Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan are book-running managers.
