Falcon Seaboard Permian Fund I LP launched and was the first time former Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, CEO and chairman of Falcon Seaboard Diversified Inc., accepted outside investments. Fund will support acquisitions in Permian Basin and partnerships with other E&Ps targeting lower-risk leases and working established reserves. Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP is legal counsel for the fund and Falcon Seaboard Resources. Entoro Securities is the fund’s non-exclusive placement agent and will distribute fund interests.
