Closed on an equity commitment from funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management Inc. in partnership with FlexGen’s existing investors, Altira Group and the founding investment group led by Jerry Miller and Mark Dreyfus. Proceeds will be used to build on FlexGen’s mission to deliver utility-scale storage that drives forward the clean energy transition.
