Under the amended agreement, Helix increased its revolving credit facility to $600 million from $435 million and extended the maturity date from November 30, 2012 to July 1, 2015 (or if certain subordinated debt has been refinanced or repaid in full by July 1, 2015, January 1, 2016). In addition, Helix paid down $109.4 million of its term loan reducing the principal balance to $300 million. The maturity date for the term loan was extended from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2015 (or if certain subordinated debt has been refinanced or repaid in full by July 1, 2015, July 1, 2016). Finally, borrowings under the amended senior credit agreement bear interest based on current market rates.
