Hyperdynamics Corp. - 2010-11-04

Entered a $30-million definitive private placement agreement to sell 15 million common shares at a price of $2.00 per share to funds managed by BlackRock, which will own approximately 12% of Hyperdynamics common shares. Net proceeds will facilitate the drilling of its 2011 exploration program offshore Republic of Guinea, and also for working capital and general corporate purposes.
