Agreed to issue senior unsecured medium-term notes in the Canadian public debt market. Net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of its existing bank indebtedness. CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities Inc. co-led the syndicate of agents.
