Juniper Capital Advisors LP conducted the final close of Juniper Capital III LP at its hard cap of $677.5 million, including $27.5 millionfrom the general partner of the fund. The fund continues the investment strategy of its predecessor fund, Juniper Capital II LP, targeting lower middle-market equity investments in private oil and gas companies located in the continental U.S. Since 2015, Juniper has invested in nine such companies and has received over $1.2 billion in commitments.
