Received a commitment led by Riverstone Holdings LLC and including Oakmont Corp., Riverstone Global Energy and Power Fund V, and Riverstone Energy Ltd. Proceeds will be used to help the newly formed company for well completion design in undeveloped resource plays in the DJ, Powder River, and Permian basins.
