Closed a private placement of some 3.8 million units consisting of one common share and one warrant sold at $2 per unit. Net proceeds will be used to fund its Wattenberg drilling program, and for working capital and general corporate purposes. T.R. Winston & Co. LLC was exclusive placement agent.
