Hall Phoenix Energy is a joint-venture partner with Lucas in the Eagle Ford trend in South Texas. The registered direct offering consisted of the sale of approximately 2.5 million units at $2.38 per unit, based on the closing price of the company's stock on Dec. 23. TriPoint Global Equities LLC was the exclusive placement agent.
